     Wednesday Church Nights in April

6:30-7:15 p.m. program


On April 2 Bill will present on prayer. Why do we pray? What does the Prayer Book and the Bible teach us about prayer? What are various forms of prayer? What happens when we pray?

On April 9 the Film – “A Class Divided” documentary explores racism and features the results of a provocative experiment conducted with third graders in Iowa. Guaranteed to make you think about your attitudes and perceptions and where they come from. The film will begin at 6:15 p.m.

On April 16 the Film – “For the Bible Tells Me So” Come and view this film about what the Bible really says about homosexuality. Bishop Gene Robinson shares his story of coming out and becoming an Episcopal Bishop. The film begins at 6:00 p.m.

On April 23 there is no dinner or program. Come and help set up for the rummage sale!

On April 30 we will welcome Dr. Samuel Zalanga to St. Paul’s. Samuel will add to our understanding of Third World Development needed for social change, and how the Millennium Development Goals can be part of creating a world of hope and promise for those now living in extreme poverty.


Please remember that the films on April 9 and April 16 will begin at 6:15p.m and 6:00 p.m.
respectively due to their length. Call for childcare by Tuesday at noon to the parish office.
